Hi you.
It has been awhile.
I've been caught up with work and what not.Been enjoying every bit of my daily timetable.Work does get tough at times. But yeah, work wouldn't be work if it doesn't require you to crack your brain once in awhile.
I'm currently composing this post using my ipad. So there wouldn't be much creativity from me tonight interms of statements written down. Cause half of my brain is being too careful with the typing. If you have ever composed a post using an ipad you would understand. It's not that hard but it does require a little bit of extra effort.
I've been getting my proper gym training this past few days and I'm enjoying every bit of it. It has been tough I can say but it is worth the pain. There are still alot of things that I need to learn interms of formation, function etc. It is not as easy as it looks you know. When it comes to weight lifting there are alot of things that you need to take into account. The meds, the safety, the proper routine and what not. A friend said she had a personal trainer for a year before she could do her workouts on her own. I told my trainer I would probably need just as much time period to master everything but he insisted that I can master everything in just three months. I'm thinking, how? Then again he knows better. So yeah.
Gym or weightlifting wasn't my thing, until I joined getfit crossfit. Getfit has been about speed and endurance. International crossfitters are my current inspirations, for instance Camille LeBlanc. After joining getfit I figured I'd mix it with a couple of gym sessions and hill trainings. Consequently, a friend (also my trainer) bought me a supplement which in a way gave me a sudden hype to workout even more. After a few gym sessions with my trainer, I slowly began to learn a few proper gym routines and with time I came to understand how these routines will help me become stronger. I haven't been going circuit as much ever since I hit the gym. Probable I'll go to the box when I am confident enough to do the fran in less than 5 minutes. Don't get me wrong though. I'm not planning to be bulky like those ladies in the body building championship in the US, just lean like Laura Dziak. She's a crossfitter too, you can youtube her.
People used to say that I'm too skinny and thought that I'm an aneroxic. So currently tryna work on that. One person actually thinks I'm fat. I have no idea how why? Thanks anyway, it was more of a compliment than an insult. My weight has increased and my clothes actually fits nicely now, especially my jeans and work pants. They no longer annoyingly droops down. Not alot thinks I'm that skinny anymore and I can feel that I am alot stronger than before. Hard work paid off I can say.
The journey doesn't end here. I have alot more to learn and I'm looking forward to every bit of it.My trainer wouldn't be around til forever, so I better start doing my homework.
Wana come and join me? :)
